Jacqueline Chin was born in New York and raised in Tampa, Florida.

She is a first-generation American. She speaks fluent Russian. Jackie graduated from the International Baccalaureate program at King Senior High School in 2010. She received her bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of South Florida in 2013. Upon graduation from USF, Jacqueline began her professional career working for Quality Specialty Pharmacy.

Quality Specialty Pharmacy was a specialty pharmacy that assisted patients in obtaining medications for various medical conditions such as Hepatitis C, HIV, Arthritis, Crohn’s Disease, etc. Jackie would work on assisting providers with prior authorizations and appeals for medication coverage approvals. The cost of the medications would make it difficult for the patients to obtain them. The passion she had fighting for the insureds is the same passion that is seen at the firm for the clients.

Jackie moved to Jacksonville in 2014 to manage QSP Jacksonville a failing business and turned it into a multimillion-dollar pharmacy within a year. In 2018, the owners had sold all locations of QSP and Jacqueline began her work with RAK Law PLLC. Jackie is the Operations Manager of RAK Law Firm. She is responsible for case management.

Jackie resides in Jacksonville, where she lives with her husband Steven, daughter Isla, and their dog, Lucky, and cat, Charms. She enjoys painting and outdoor activities with her husband and daughter.
