After enduring the icy, cold, Vermont weather for 18 years, Railynne escaped to the Sunshine State to attend Southeastern University in Lakeland. She fell in love with a Plant City native, who swept her off of her feet and onto the military base he was stationed at in Central Texas.
Railynne officially became "Mrs. Welch" in the Green Mountain State, in holy matrimony. She then became "Mrs. Welch" to the students of the Texas education system, where she returned after completing her Bachelor's Degree in Exceptional Student Education from Southeastern University.
Once Railynne’ s husband concluded his time with the United States Army they packed up and headed back to the Sunshine State, and more specifically, Plant City; where they have set roots and are now raising their two children.
Railynne continued her career in education in Florida, but became unfulfilled. She dreamt of becoming a lawyer, a renewed dream she once had many years ago. She seized an opportunity to work at RAK Law as a legal assistant, and has since made leaps and bounds in her knowledge and application of law; especially relating to first party property matters. In addition to handling administrative matters, she is responsible for scheduling and drafting documents that not only help RAK's lawyers, but also ensure long term case management.
In Railynne’s down-time, she enjoys spending time with her husband, working out at her local CrossFit gym, and watching her son and daughter learn and excel in anything they put their minds to.
