Mr. Dudley was born in South Carolina but raised in Tallahassee, Florida. Surrounded by the political energy of the state capital, he developed an early interest in civics and the law. After working at a law firm during a summer break, he knew he had found his calling. From that point on, he set out to build a career dedicated to guiding people through some of the most challenging moments of their lives.
Upon graduation in 2010, Mr. Dudley attended the University of Central Florida, where he was an initiated member of Tau Kappa Epsilon. He graduated with his Bachelor of Arts with his major in History and a minor in Film Studies.
While preparing for the LSAT he worked at Walt Disney World, in the Magic Kingdom as an outdoor vendor, which taught him the value of hard work and good costumer and client service. After receiving high marks on the LSAT he was offered a partial scholarship to attend law school at Southwestern Law School in the heart of Los Angeles, California. Mr. Dudley was invited to participate in the exclusive Scale accelerated program at Southwestern, which allowed him to graduate in only two years of hard work and continuous study. He graduated with concentrations in Entertainment and Media Law, and with honors in Technology Law and Entrepreneurship.
In 2019 Mr. Dudley passed the California Bar on the first try and began practicing as an entertainment lawyer soon thereafter. He worked at Okularity, a photography enforcement company that specializes in maintaining photographers’ intellectual property rights. During his time there he worked on many high-profile cases and learned the art of the deal by participating in countless negotiations and settlements on photographers’ behalf.
After several years in California, Mr. Dudley returned to Central Florida to be closer to family and continue his legal career in his home state. He passed the Florida Bar Exam on his first attempt and, upon admission in 2021, began working for the State of Florida at the Department of Business and Professional Regulation in the Construction Department. In that role, he oversaw a variety of construction-related matters and regularly attended Construction Board meetings, gaining valuable insight into how the state regulates licensees and addresses industry issues.
After leaving his position at DBPR, he joined Bradford Cederberg, a personal injury law firm, where he managed all aspects of pre-litigation negotiations and demand preparation. He handled hundreds of cases in their pre-suit stages, working diligently to secure compensation that clients were rightfully owed from insurance companies.
In 2025, Mr. Dudley joined RAK Law Firm, where he found the law firm home he had been seeking. He takes pride in delivering the firm’s signature personal touch and providing clients with the high-caliber service RAK Law is known for.
